Lueann is a speaker, coach, and consultant emphasizing leadership resiliency, team coherence, and human performance. She holds a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction with a specialty in instructional development giving her the tools to write and implement training initiatives. When looking at employee performance, she has the unique ability to look beyond training and determine other factors influencing performance.

Obtaining leadership certifications with John Maxwell and the Weatherhead School of Management provided the foundation for starting Falconer Leadership in 2023. Using the Coaching with Compassion model and Intentional Change Theory she moves leaders from surviving to thriving enhancing their leadership influence.

In her leadership journey during the pandemic, Lueann became acutely aware of a concept she calls “Leadership Longevity” as she struggled with burnout.
